Nice photo.
A classic scene with a scaffolding in the water. I like the warm pastel colourtones, foggy filtered water, composition, but I don't like the blurred top part of the sky which suggests motion. It's like warpdrive and distracts the calm overall feeling which you have in the water.

I love how the dramatic sky turns out here. The water looks like fog, very soft and in a big contrast with the hard and sharp-edged stones in the foreground. The colors on the image are warm and cold at the same time: a beautiful photograph.

You have a beautifully coloured sky here and a very well defined horizon.
The jetty running straight out the centre of the shot breaks the foreground nicely.
Between those beautifully coloured rocks and the ghostly water as it flows in and out, the whole scene is calm, eerie and etherial.
