Description
A fox mask, made on commission. I believe this mask is going to be used in an independent short film (about a guy slowly transforming into a fox), once it gets to its owner.Materials: cast resin (underskull), resin jawset, glass eyes, faux fur (custom-dyed).

On most of them, spirit-based leather dyes. On this one, because I wanted to add some highlighting, I actually used fabric paint.

This is great! May I ask how you did the ears I have been working on figuring out how to make realistic ears for a fursuit I am making and I love how real looking yours came out. I would love it if you could help me on how you did them.

it's a few different furs. The white fur and the fur on the face are both from Monterey Mills (you can buy Monterey Mills furs from CR's Crafts), and the longer foxy red fur (on the neck) I got from plushfurs.com.
The face and ear fur has been extensively shaved, and repainted quite a bit, so it only somewhat resembles its original appearance.

Short film, eh? Pretty rad. That's kind of what i'm doing with a few of my own suits. Though I'm waiting to film, as really haven't a whole lot of time to finish the suits with the amount of mascot jobs i'm holding.
