Description
Milky Way, the milkmare of Trottingham is finally finished! This one was the hardest plush I've made yet, but I think I did as good of a job as I could on her! This one had a lot of 'firsts' for me, in terms of trying new things and having to learn new techniques, so this did serve as a good learning experience. Also, while I was in the midst of her photo shoot it was recommended to me to have some milk by her for a size reference, I thought this was a great idea.Click here to see her without her dress Β (nsfw - nipples showing)
- Milky Way stands 40 inches (102cm) tall from hoof to the top of her head
- Weighs 14 lbs (6.4kg)
- Made with banana, peacock, and midnight blue, and her dress is snow white, black, kelly green, and sea foam Shannon cuddle3 minky
- Machine embroidered eyes with minky eyelids, and a soft minky applique cutie mark (pic here )
- Her entire outfit is fully removable
- Also includes a removable minky choker and tail wrap
- Contains no wire or internal support structure whatsoever
- Stuffed lightly and cuddly
- Flat tail with a tail dock which can be stuffed under the dress nicely
- Hooves are flat with foam inserts with weights placed inside
- All patterns and embroidery files made by me, although I do not own the Milky Way character
Critique or constructive criticism is always welcome!

how does she stand and holds her head in place? I had some troubles (and still have on my 2nd lifesize i actuall sew) when I made aΒ lifesize.
The legs could barely hold the head and neck, and the neck cannot carry the head. But I think I use too large heads ^^

This one must have just been stuffed a little more firmly than usual, most of the ones I make can't stand on their own, and even the ones that can only are able to long enough for me to take the pictures before their front leg joints start to give in. I've never had a problem with the necks on them though, a larger head might cause that though Maybe you could stick some kind of soft support in there like a pool noodle though, that's something I've done before.

Yeah thatβs what I did in my 2nd lifesize. I made a noodle out of jeans fabric and stuffed it as much as possible.
