It's going to be awhile before I end up finishing this Lyra, but I have been working on this new pattern lately so I wanted to share these work in progress pics. I've been wanting to make a pattern that was good for hugging/spooning for years now, I've made some prototypes in the past that weren't good so I just forgot about it, but I tried to revisit it with a little more success this time. I think this pattern would be perfect to hug from behind if you're sleeping on your side or something. This one is 36" tall and is basically just a test plush, it's not perfect and still needs some more tweaks to the pattern.

I would be curious to hear what you guys think if you like this pose at all or not, if people end up liking it then I'll probably keep making some more of them, otherwise I'm just having some fun trying to make something new.
