Sunset: Is this.....??? Princess Celestia said it was an old mares tale, but it's true!!!! The philosophers stone, with it I could become an Alicorn myself!!!

Sunset had taken the book back with her to her read and studied it all night, with adrenaline keeping her awake she read each page with great eager. She learned more of Alchemy and what its wonderous abilities could do for anypony, but what really intrigued her was the confirmation that the philosophers stone was a possibility in this other world. In Equesteria the Philosophers Stone was no more than an old tale mostly forgotten by Equestrian society, with the exception being of an oldy myth that Starswirl the Bearded himself had the stone, and was the key to his powerful magic and his longevity.

Princess Celestia always denied he had it, but of course she would... after all the stone could grant great power other than turning lead into gold. Many would try to claim it for themselves so it's no wonder that Celestia would downplay as a hoax so most of her subjects would treat it with non importance. But now with this book of Alchemy the stone can become a reality, Sunset knew then and there she had to have the stone, it would be the ultimate test and proof that Sunset would be fit to rule Equestria and prove to Celestia that she deserves to be her equal if not more. Sunset made her resolve then and there, she will find the stone and learn of its secrets, no matter the price.
