Sunset having learned about the mirrors from Princess Celestia, had decided to continue research despite being warned not too. Upon discovering forbidden books in the library Sunset found a book about the world parallel to Equestria. What surprised her the most was that the people of that world had a similar abilities to the ponies of Equesteria, only rather than being called magic it was known there as Alchemy and it was a force backed by a metaphysical science/mystical art of manipulating and altering matter by using natural energy. It had rules on how it can be used and wasn't a free for all source, it had to be studied diligently.

Sunset know believing that this Alchemy may hold secrets to what so eagerly desires begins to read the book in order to further her knowledge. The first chapter " The Law of Equivalent Exchange"
