I would love for it to get used in one, I had my beater 82 F150 used in a Tom Green movie a couple years back, they trashed it but it was still kinda cool.

The best part is when I go down the highway and come up behind someone, they get out of the way fast!

I think that's thanks to all the old drive-in horror movies and flicks like Jeepers Creepers, Wrong Turn etc.

Nope, everything on this truck is custom, hand-made, or custom converted by my dad and I to be modern and high tech, the wiper motor is a unit I got from a Detomasso Pantera wreck of all things.

Really the only low tech on the truck is the Weaver deck, it's still hand crank and I refuse to make it electric.

Well at least the motor has good pedigree...

I got many years of reliable service out of my vacuum wiper motors on my Step Van. (I only disassembled, cleaned, and lubricated them once. I did eventually replace one of them with an electric motor, which I bought new at an auto parts place.

I prefer the electrics, but I've had good luck with my vacuum ones too. (except my 31 Pontiac)
