Description

As there as some Chinese steam locomotives i like for example; the SY Class Mikado. I decided that i wanted to get a QJ, as the locomotive looks powerful and demanding, along with it's dominant sounding whistle.

BUT, the one i was initally thinking of using was behind a 2-user grant for it, which i'm not a fan.

Fortunately, had some sprites of the QJ already done; the inital one being RJ. Corman, the other was his OC Ming.

I started using the RJ. Corman QJ with some of Daniel's parts from the CHR RM he did, until i noticed that the walkway would be too low; so i resort to taking the front quarter of his Ming sprite, defaced it and aligned it with what i was working with. After that i thought i was done, but no, the smokebox was too long (yes, you can barely see it) so i shoved it back until it was aligned with a still from a YT Video as it shows it go up to a particular point on the smoke deflectors.

Also, i added the front railing from the Corman QJ onto this QJ Sprite.

Variants are:

Standard (Top)

Blacked out Rim (Middle)

Completely Black Wheels + Cowcatcher (Bottom)

Options for the QJ are:

No Smoke Deflectors

High Smoke Deflectors

Standard QJ Smoke Deflectors (for the R.J. Corman QJ Base)

8-Wheel Tender (from the CHR RM)

Original Sprite -

Rear Light - (from CHR SY)

Changes & Modifications - ME

Made - ME

[UPDATE: New options for the QJ, and small revisions done by ]

[UPDATE II: Added the R.J. Corman QJ as a base option, with smoke deflector option]

Well, you don't want the character's face hidden behind something (in this case, smoke deflectors), so they shift it foreward so the face is seeable so they can convey emotions more easily.
