Built by the United States Army Transportation Corp. the S200 was one the larger of the S series of steam locomotive that they had (second to that was the S180). The S200s went to different areas around the world, but mainly in the Middle East, Europe (Italy) and China. Also, by it's naming only 200 were built; but split between the 3 locomotive builders; ALCO, Baldwin and Lima.
