Finally got another one of these done. Probably will do another Italy (embiggened modern Italy?) at some point.

Sharp-eyed watchers may note that I have skipped over a bunch of countries from Liberia to Jordan. That's because it's hard to come up with a way to greatly expand Latvia or Kuwait. Rest assured, I will get to them eventually.

Addendum: some map errors.

28 for Italy should be " The Universal Slavic Republic is building six new million inhabitant cities in Siberia. It's more about securing the area against the Chinese than any sensical economics."

3 for Jamaica should be "As both a member of the Francophonie and a full member of the Afro-American Market, the Ivory Coast has a somewhat complicated and bureaucrat-annoying status."

19 For Japan should be the label for Antarctica.

Additional correction: there are two 10s in the Italy scenario. The one in the notes, the "fatherland", is the one in Spain/Iberia. The one in our-world central Brazil should have been something like "Formerly Portuguese Cabralia is quite democratic, albeit with a flamboyantly corrupt political class"
