Description
Relatively random map, based on an old SHWI post by one "Raymond Speer" (presumably unrelated to Hitler's chief architect).

Note Ghana is not actually Olde Ghana: it's just ex-colonials trying to be more "authentic", except than unlike OTL they're approximately in the right geographical area.

(The original scenario, not worked out in any real detail, is that in a TL where the French revolution came a bit later, Napoleon ends up taking up that job in the Ottoman Empire he passed on OTL, and ends up as Grand Vizier with a puppet Sultan...)
