Name: Akira Kuno (久野暁)
Motif: Train Station Clock, Katakana, Kamen Riders, Alternate Universe.
Role: Secondary, Hero.
Catchphrase: "I'm the only Rider this world needs!"
Character Bio:
Abandoned at the age of 7 years old, with everyone suddenly forgetting about him, a young Akira was attacked and almost killed by a rampant Imagin. Just as the monster was about to end his life, he is saved by Kamen Rider Blanko, who recognizes him as another Singularity Point and lets him live in the BlankLiner to keep him safe.
During the following 11 years, Akira would grow to admire Kazuto and his crew, desiring to become a hero just like them. However, after seeing him handing his powers to Kamen Rider Uni to take care of the Another Blanko, he gets mad. He clearly deserved that power more than a regular guy from another dimension! So, he tackled Satoru to the ground and tried to transform into Uni, only for the transformation device to turn into the Alter Ridewatch, transforming him into Kamen Rider Alter instead. Kazuto explains that this is due to the two of them being dimensional counterparts, and the Man in Yellow quickly hands a new driver and Ridewatch to Satoru, having foreseen the event. Akira decides to travel alongside Satoru to prove that he's a much better hero than him, eventually growing into close allies.

Jingle: "Armor Time! Kamen Rider~ Alter!"
Form Description: Alter transforms into his main form by inserting the Alter Ridewatch on the right side of the Ziku Driver, with no Ridewatch attached to the other side, and spinning the driver 360 degrees. His visor reads "Rider" (ライダー) in katakana, while his Ziku Driver displays the year 2018.
Powers and Abilities:
- Singularity Point: Akira exists independently from time, and therefore is unaffected by changes to the past. It also grants him similar dimensional survivability abilities to Uni's.

Equipment:
-Ziku Driver: Transformation Device.
-Alter Ridewatch: Transformation Trinket.
-Ridewatch Holder: Forearm straps, used to carry Ridewatches.
-Zikan Noriken: Personal weapon, able to change into Sword and Dagger modes.
