adding a NEW type of unit to my collection here. I introduce, the common foot soldiers of the Collective: the Warriors.Like all of the corrupted, these former humans were enhanced by magic and unknowingly connected to a large hive mind called the Collective that subconsciously influences their actions through impulse and instinct rather than direct commands.
The magic that does this also can have various effects on individuals, giving them certain enhancements from person to person. Those chosen to become Warriors have increased their size and strength beyond normal human capability, making Warriors stand on average 9-10 feet tall and turning them into excellent units for fighting on the front lines.
In the world of 2074, these soldiers are the most common enemies of the Collective that humanity will face on the battlefield, and it is no easy feat to break them in a battle as their stature make them able to carry much heavier weapons and armor, leaving humans with the option only to face them with advanced combat skins and power armor. Or be crushed by the tide of steel and cannon fire.
I love Corruption as a faction and I've done a lot of work to make them unique and a threat in this little world. It also took a lot of effort to get this design to where it is now, many times I tried to get the idea I had in my head and missed the mark time and time again. But this time it is different, it is spot on. Ladies and gentlemen, the sworn enemy of the Lunar Order: Corruption
