This was fun to do! I liked drawing snarly Shen the most, haha. Shiloh's just kinda back there lookin' all devious and creepy. D: It's her natural threat display. I do love me some badass women and these two together fit the bill!

I'm trying to work on coming out of an art block -- this helped, but I still need more arting exercise. Not too bad for being so out of practice, though!

DotW: Evening the Odds (Shiloh x Shen)

Shenandoah stood her ground, dark green eyes narrowed with fury and fur bristled threateningly. Before her were two loners, large males both interested in the prey she had just brought down. But Shenandoah was not letting them take this. Winter was a hard time to hunt, each catch was precious, and worth fighting for. Even against difficult odds. After refusing to back down Shenandoah knew she was condemned to a fight.
Shenandoah believed herself capable of fending one off fairly easily. She was a skilled fighter and rather large. But her body was thin from the hard loner life, and two would certainly be a challenge. Still… perhaps she could handle it. She hoped so.
Shenandoah made the first move, before they could team up on her, mauling one loner ferociously. He let out a yelp, scrambling back as quickly as he could to avoid the huge fangs of the she-wolf. Shenandoah felt blood spatter over her face as she ripped into his s
