Julia made this darling little feather bolero, so we wanted to photograph it before she shipped it off to the person that bought it (I also wanted to use my Easter lilies before the blooms wilted)! The first thing that came into my mind was "Queen of Hell". The way Julia's styled reminds me of Persephone when she's in the underworld. She's draped in darkness but the flower she holds is alive and pure white. She also looks as if she's praying so it really adds to the imagery.
Anyway, beautiful photo as always Queen-Kitty!
