I was speechless when I first saw that part in DOTM. Our dear Cyclops spent too much time trying to get rid of that stupid parachute. And he looked very dumb when he was stuck in such stupid predicament. I thought he was one of the most scary/capable Decepticon warriors? And he was defeated by a stupid parachute.
