Why do I suspect Garble's an orphan in the show?

I can't but think some significance there

Genetics are a bit more complicated than that.

No it's nothing to do with that
It's just that Garble's the red, Ember's The blue and I think Spike might be the in between of trying to bring unity

Garble's bright red/orange/yellow color scheme paired with his harsh features give him a more forceful, masculine look to contrast Ember's softer features and more relaxing colors. This was done very intentionally.

I know but they might be destined to be the top three dragons

Oh On the day I was born the nurses all gathered around they gazed in wonder at the joy they had found.
The head nurse looked up!
Said leave this one alone
She could tell by my ways
I was bad to the bone

not sure which term is cuter- Draglets (your term) or Piplings (my term).

The term draglets is more of a joke.

Because they kind of look like adorable reptilian piggies?

I laughed when I saw the term. On my ref sheet for my OC, Squiggles, I called her baby form a 'Squiglet' and I think that's extra funny because my headcanon is that Manticores (which she is one of) are descended from a common ancestor to modern dragons who bred with Sphinxes... so, in a silly way, it made extra sense. Hesse the lol-ing.
