2) Sidda (Elf) dressed in armor and cloak that gives an animal appearance (not realistic but subtle feral look)--Owl, Fox, Bear, or whatever you'd like and can manage the look of--needs to be thin and lithe with pointed ears and angled eyes.

There was a character called 'Tash', who was a bird-headed evil deity. I realise your pic was of an elf, but my brain just made that connection. It was the lithe character and the headdress, I think
