I have no background for him... sad. ;_;I KNOW that's not his costume... this is the way I wanted to draw it, 'cause I like skinny guys with big clothes... his face was kinda like "Oh, you do? Bwee hee hee..." at me the whole time.
And no, he's not smoking. That's supposed to be incense. There was a trail of the smoke in the original pic, but I erased it because I draw cloth and smoke the same way and it would have looked all stupid and I suck gwah. > ,<
