Inque from the hit series Batman Beyond. I tried to take a more globby approach, but also felt that this drawing had a lot of influence from Skottie Young's run on the short lived Venom series from Marvel. This character is truly amazing, almost like a futuristic version of Clayface from the original Batman: The Animated Series.
