The winter air bit against Kojiro's cheeks. His breath lingered in the air in front of him but the heat coming from his prized mare and her stellar performance was more than enough to keep him warm. Loa let out a soft snort and held her head high, her Golden eyes glued to the sky as it billowed and twisted. Her flank twitched as she breathed in deep the smell of on coming snow.

They were the first to enter the arena and had to be alone due to her aggressive nature but when asked to perform, none held candle to this well bred mare. The lights twinkled on the posts as the judges appraised her flawless form and Kojiro swelled with pride. This mare had been through a lot but her debut would be one for the books. The first flakes began to fall as he mentally prepared himself for the other classes. He felt so alive and young with her by his side. He was ready to claim and conquer and would see his beloved mare crowned no matter the cost.
