Just a teaser, since my main computer (With scanner, etc) is down. So this is just a "preview" of sorts, taken with a normal camera in natural light. It'll be scanned (Maybe a bit touched up on my painting program if needed) and updated whenever my computer is working again.

Anyway, the picture itself- The character here is Kun, (AKA, this guy ) standing under a tree for no apparent reason. In my mind, it's assumed to be night, but I guess it's up to you.

I've gotten really used to digital art- this was probably the first "Real" traditional picture I've done since I've gotten my new tablet.
Not a huge fan of the shading- particularly on the face. He looks like he has a black eye. Plus, everything is so monochrome. I guess it's kind of good, though. Kun isn't supposed to stand out. Still, I'm not so sure about it.

Who/what is Kun?
"[Kun is] my socially awkward, antisocial alien character.", to quote a previous picture of mine.

Kun is from a pretend series between me and ~marching-bandor

I'll create a journal entry with more info whenever.

Hardware- Traditional media (A .07 lead pencil and a sheet of paper)
Software- N/A
Time- Not sure, "time-taken" wise. Date wise, I was kind of just doodling this the night or the night after my computer went down, which happened maybe, like, July 9th or 10th. So it's kinda "old", considering I've been working on art quite a bit lately. I like it, though. One of my current favorites.
