Marvel's Ultimate Universe is one of my guilty pleasures when it comes to comics. For the most part I find the re-imaginings of classic characters refreshing if not an interesting read.It'd be an understatement if I said not all of the titles from the UU were "winners" but if you're looking forward to the Avengers movie I HIGHLY recommend reading Ultimates 1 & 2
Anyway, here's some of the big-names in my favorite outfits:
- Hulk from Ultimates 1
- Giant Man from Ultimates 1
- Wasp from Ultimates 2
- Iron-Man pre-Ultimatum
- Thor from Ultimates 1
- Captain America from Ultimates 2
- Hawkeye from Ultimates 3

YAY! You went with Hawkeye's Ultimate Avengers outfit! Horray! Its far and away (in my opinion) the coolest outfit Hawkeye has ever worn. The black and red outfit is OK but a bit on the boring side. THIS on the other hand...

Ironman looks incredible, and spider mans new suit looks well thought out and unique, not to mention cool. Captain America's suit is great. All of them look so great.

I love this so much. I was a big fan of the whole Ultimate Marvel universe.
Unfortunately, by the time I'd gotten to Ultimatum, my interest in the Ultimates. Still liked the X-Men and absolutely loved Spider-Man, but the Ultimates had quickly turned from a superhero comic into a soap opera starring people who were occasionally superheroes.
It doesn't make your art of them any less awesome, of course.
