Lily falls out of wheelchair and now have double shoulder spicas with neck cast now in wheelchair again, her girl friend Mona also have double shoulder spicas with neck cast Anna also have bone illness also in wheelchair but full body in cast with only one eye uncovered and have a trachea intubation and tracheotomy and full body fixation be completely casted to survive the illness
