Why the hatred? Some people are just ignorant and don't want to understand those who are different. Which, to me, is crazy. *has gay, bisexual and transgender friends, even though I've only met them online*

Im just growing tired of all the hate, i see it for so many reasons all the time, religion, skin colour, sexuality, even down to the small things like who is better and comparing pewdiepie to the yogscast, well im sick of it,im just going to stop commenting on anything i see, im going to stop talking, the only way to shield myself, seems to be to cut myself off.

Agreed! There's no reason to hate someone because of their sexuality or gender. After all, you deserve to be happy with whoever you're with, regardless of gender or sexuality. I wish more people in this world were more like you

I had a boy in my class who called me a dyke straight to my face for no reason at all. The teasing continued, until one day I lost it and punched him in the face. He was hospitalized over the weekend. I didn't get in trouble, because I thoroughly explained my situation. He apologized later for it too. It felt really good to know that he realized he fucked up, and I apologized for breaking his nose.

(Btw, I personally think it was a good thinq to do, to punch him in the face. You made him realize that what he was doing wasn't right and that you wouldn't take his shit anymore.)

Thanks! :3 Yeah, it was very out of character on my behalf to strike him like that, but I guess he must've just made me snap. I think it might've just been influence on his peers and stuff. They found it funny to tease me because I'd try to ignore them really hard, but I couldn't. The classroom mood has gotten a bit hostile on his end, but in a quiet, 'Don't talk to me' way. Other than that I can freely enjoy English class again!

This is beautiful. I came out to my parents as a lesbian a few months ago and they've been pretty okay with it, but they're still trying to convince me that I may be straight. Finally I said to them, "In the end, I don't really care who I am with, a man or a woman, as long as they love me for who I am. Whether a girl loves a guy, a girl loves a girl or a guy loves a guy, it's still love. It shouldn't feel any different because of gender."

exactly, but we all know that the only people who can fight the hatred are the peers. I know adults try, and I like that they want to help us kids, but I really think that only the person's peers will be able to influence them the most to stop the hate.
