I really like the very "real" feeling in the entire picture, the way it feels like there's a whole back story to the image we know nothing about. The android's expression is amazing, literally like she's just been turned on and is momentarily surprised. The doctor's is great too, as if she was half expecting and half-not the reaction...

Plus, it looks solid enough to reach out and touch.
