Description This beautiful woman
was beaten raped and left for dead when she was
just a young teenager.

But she didn't die .......

Years later criminals would shake in fear when
her name was mentioned ...... NOVARIEN

Well I hope your like her... took five hours to render
and then post work on top of that.

Thank you for viewing.

Finally someone has inspired me to use Novarians Holy. Awesome, awesome image. Five hours?! But why? I keep reading where renders have taken hours and days to do. Even at it's highest setting a 3000 x 4000 image has taken me under an hour to render -- even with shaders and IBL. When I used Poser 5 and 6 it used to take me hours like that but not with P7. It's a great image but i'm curious about the render time only because I keep seeing that mentioned and wonder if i'm missing something -- or am just lucky?

Hi Cheryl,
I think why it takes so long is, the setting in render dimension , aspect ratio set to manual and dpi dial up to 300 .

...I do all those things. Aspect ratio usually 3000 x 4000 or reverse (many various sizes) and always at 300 dpi or more sometimes. Maybe it's my dual core system or i'm just lucky...knock on wood. Thanks!! I was just curious.

do you use AO lighting ?

Yes, I use IBL, AO, and python scripts/shaders most times. No biggie. I don't want long render times and I don't have them like I used to. Thanks for the info!
