Because my Scottish friends are getting indignant over their country constantly being drawn as some clean-shaven suave pretty boy... thing.So I thought I'd do my version or Scotland and Wales, England's dear, sweet older brothers.

Quite right, Hidekaz did mention Ireland as England's older brother (brothers I'd think, seeing as there's both the Republic and Northern Ireland). I may try my hand at doing characters for them too at some point.
