The last change of provincial boundaries (outside Cortina) dates back to 1852, when Sappada was added.
Municipal boundaries changed shortly before 1866, and then recently in 2013, 2014 and 2016.

Yes, Sappada is historically part of Friuli.

You mean the real changes, right? In the Italian Wikipedia:

Unfortunately only in Italian.
