Dex Entry:
Engel are small Pokémon that can be seen scurrying around auto body shops and factories. They steal tools when people aren't looking, and love to tinker with anything and everything mechanical. Instead of wings, they have metallic pipes sticking out of their backs, which constantly rattle and shake, all while spitting out dark clouds of smoke. The noises from their pipes are said to invigorate the people who are close to these Pokémon, and can cause a strange euphoria that encourages people to work longer and harder than before.

It originally started off as a weird angel looking thing in a dress with a V-Shaped engine on its chest, with mufflers that folded back behind it to give the impression of wings. But that design was awful. XD
