Y'know when a movie's getting too intense/scary for your taste, how sometimes you psych yourself out by thinking, "Oh, these are just a bunch of actors - this isn't really that scary. As soon as they finished recording this scene when the little kid gets eviscerated, all the actors stood up and laughed at one another; everything's good... everything's... all good." Or something to that affect? If you get my meaning.Anyway, I had a hard time coping with FMAB Envy's death. I admit I shed five tears at his dying gasp.
So. To cope with the grief I'm experiencing.
This was born.

...that he was just an actor. Playing a role. In an animated show.
See? See, he didn't get incinerated by Mustang and deliver upon himself a killing blow - he's - he's right there. Alive. *shiver shiver* He's - he's alive.
Well, I hope you find this as funny as I did... Maybe I'm the only one who gets it... |D But even if you don't, it doesn't really matter, 'cause I sorta made this for myself. |D

ME TOO! For me it was a love-hate relationship with Envy - I loved him because he was dang funny and I also pitied him - but when it came right down to it - HES A SADISTIC, EVIL LITTLE B@$TARD, pardon my french! Thus... the love-hate.... |D

I cried when Envy died. He is my all time favorite character out of every anime/manga put together and they killed him. And I have to agree with you that the site of a flame will forever scar him ;^;

Seriously! ;n; He - - oh! I pitied him the greatest! A love-hate sort of affection for that despicable yet dashing rascal! ;o; When he died - gawsh. It'd have been easier knowing whether or not he'd found reconciliation before his passing, as Greed and Pride did... ;o; But knowing him he'da gone down still-denying his feelings! x(

Yep! GAWSH that was heartbreaking! And I couldn't tell if it was slander or genuine good-wishing when he said, "Good luck with that superficial morality of yours .... see how far that takes you." - - - And when he said "Goodbye, Edward Elric" - not goodbye pipsqueak, not runt - he actually called him by his name for prolly the first time! ;o;
Sigh... he was BY FAR the most developed and complex of the homunculi, I think. I think that him not appearing outright to be the incarnation of jealousy prolly did it! The other homunculi were pretty up front - but one was kept guessing till the end as to why Envy was envy!
