Members of a British MiTT teach Iraqi soldiers helicopter drills near Basrah cityFor many of the soldiers it was the first time on a helicopter
I wasn't going to post this but it seems I have a small collection of helicopter photo's to post.
I'll upload the best and add a collection to my gallery.... get it out of the way

well I think it is the intensity of the scene. it looks real and it reflects a huge concern of people, war. the picture itself looks very good like a moment of tranquility surrounded by chaos . . . you don't know what's behind the dust.
different people may get a different impression I assume.
Some may just like the action.

This is fantastic and really made me tear up. I am so proud of all the soldiers weather they are home or away on missions. Soldiers are a special breed of human who fight for others and expect nothing in return. This is a fantastic shot.

Really nice photo! Only complaint would be that I think the frame is quite big and makes the picture look small. Maybe I am throwing stones in glass houses as I myself like to put big frames on things 
But the picture itself is great!

Whoa, I love all the dust from the chopper. Gives the image slightly surreal feel but that adds to the effect real great
