It's AOSP (XYLON) with Dash Clock. I set my lockscreen to be maximize when the device is awaken (when locked)

Looks nice, but I'd never be able to use it myself. Remembering what each dot represents seems like it'd be a nightmare.

My setup always have 5 dock icons. So I remember what everything does. Phone, Messaging, WhatsApp, Gmail and Camera. Swiping up gesture will open Play Store, XDA, Carbon for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

So in other words, you just need to get use to it.
