The LS is actually for iPhone 5...So if you want it modded like mine for iPhone 4/4s then use this one instead: rtech.me/Stuff/SpaceBananaMod.…
Also, if you have a passcode, I use this: rtech.me/Stuff/Eternal.zip (Not mine but I don't know who the author is...)

Sure,
If you have an iPhone 4S or below, just download the 3rd link in the description. Otherwise check out the first link for the LS and second link for the wall. You'll have to replace the wallpaper in the .theme folder with the one you just downloaded.
Once you've done the above, you have to transfer the .theme folder to your iPhone. You can do this using iFunBox. Copy it to private/var/stash/themes.
After that enable it on Winterboard and you're good to go
Oh and btw, I don't think this works on iOS 7...I haven't checked it out yet though so you never know

It's in the modded version of the LS. Check the com.apple.springboard folder...It'll be named cameragrabber or something like that...
