Short Circuit is a young earth pony mare of 22 years old, who is already an accomplished electrician by trade. Despite her rather normal appearance, this petite mare is a rather unusual character, as you will learn fairly rapidly. She is an only child to her mother, Parallel Circuit, and her father Polarity Shift- who are both well regarded electricians in their own right.

Physically, Short Circuit is very petite for a mare of her age- being barely taller than a pony in their mid-teens, but is relatively fit and healthy despite her questionable lifestyle. She has no known medical issues, or any notable scarring upon her body. She is considered a very pretty mare among her peers, and often draws a lot of attention for it.

It must be stated here that she is a garrulous “party girl” and she loves to drink alcohol and carouse at every possible opportunity during her free time. However, she is a professional, and accepts that she cannot live like that forever or let it affect her career.
Notably, her favourite drink can be considered to be Rosé wine, though she will drink most alcohol beverages without complaint. However, she once had a bad experience with Absinthe- now being unable to drink it, and has since grown to hate anything with an aniseed or liquorice flavour to it.

As to her personality, she is a very open minded and friendly mare in general, with absolutely no concept of personal space – she loves being close to those that she is speaking with. She does not have any phobias as such, though she absolutely despises the taste of tea.
However, she does get easily frustrated when things aren’t going well for her, and her temper is rather volatile. Short Circuit, though she isn’t prone to tantrums or getting violent, has a marked tendency to isolate herself and sulk instead. These periods of sulking can last days, but are rarely that long.

When it comes to more personal matters, Short Circuit is openly pansexual and polyamorous, seeing few, if any, barriers to love and sexual activity. Though not a true xenophile, as long as she is physically compatible with a potential partner, their species is of no real concern to her.

Her partying and drinking often mean that she is a promiscuous mare, and one night stands and casual hook-ups are a regular occurrence for her. Not that she minds of course- as far as she is concerned, there is a world of fun out there, and she intends to explore it fully.

If you were to meet this mare, you would be best advised to be patient and take things slowly. Though Short is promiscuous, she has no idea what to do in an actual relationship, and she may get easily frustrated and/or confused.
