Description
After a days work fighting the Mysterons, all Scarlet wants is a bit of tender loving care.A scene which eventually made it into my Captain Scarlet fanfic [link] *coughplugginggoreaditcough*
This was a picture I drew for the sites administrator and my Beta Reader as thanks for their help in getting the story done.
Scarlet seems to have it pretty tough in the fanfictions. Even worse than in the original stories. I had him take a Hunter claw to the chest, a gunshot to the back of the neck, being shot with a grenade launcher and then... well, actually it'd a be a spoiler if I told you the other thing.
But since he has to put up with so much abuse I thought I'd draw some thing nice with him.

Already read the fic quite a while ago - it was a unique mix, and a little amusing (I used to watch Scarlet when I was little ^^) loved it all the same
Entertaining scene

I used to love Captain Scarlet so much. I think I'll go back and watch the first episode again.
Thanks again for reading the story. I spent alot of time on it but I've hardly gotten any feedback

Captain Scarlett?
I think I've heard of it, but never actually seen it. Was it done the same way as Thunderbirds?

It was the series made after Thunderbirds. But featured more realistic puppets and had a much darker story line.

I also know a website with a set of reviews for the episodes. [link]
Earth accidently starts a war with an advanced race of aliens called the Mysterons. Capable of reconstructing people under their control.
In the first epsiode Captain Scarlet is taken over by the Mysterons, he later regains his self-control but gains all the abilities Mysteron agents have. So he can recover from wounds that would kill ordinary people.
The completely awesome fight with the Mysteronised Captain can be seen here. The whole first episode is just brilliant: [link]
I did the story as a tribute to the classic RE games. As well as for the gimmicks of seeing Spectrum fighting zombies and Wesker as a Mysteron.

You know what? I watched some clips, and I did watch this as a kid. I had completely forgotten about it, or this and Thunderbirds had melted into a same memory.

I'd recommend watching the series. Thunderbirds as well. They're all really well made.
I like Captain Scarlet for going a bit further than the previous series. There are some moments which are quite terrifying for a childrens program. Captain Blacks appearence in the second to last episode, Attack on Cloudbase, really freaked me out.

It sounds like something I would enjoy, so I'll see if I get around to checking it out.
