[link] ~ tried to base the mood on this song.Basically um, i wanted to draw something whimsical. I guess this is about a girl guiding a baby whale back home?
The perspective killed me, so hard D: And i'm sorry if it's messy! I still need to learn how to properly polish my artworks >A

I have to tell you a very shocking truth: this picture is copied from my story book, so please, immediate take it downor transfer it to my homepage, or else I'll sue you oral make you my court painter so that you will help with my belaboring art projects from time to time, always, maybe, because you are quite imaginative, maybe as imaginative as some of my court painters already in charge of my painting tasks

First off, to hear such false accusations are incredibly insulting and sadden me. Not once have I ever seen your works and even if I had, I wouldn't stoop that low as to copy someone else's hard work. I clearly remember you commenting on this piece already since July 22, 2012 over here [link] and not once did you mention that this piece had been "copied from your storybook". Hypothetically speaking, even if you had drawn this artwork, you would have recognized it immediately and commented with something similar to your statement, but yet you waited nearly a month to do so. This allows me to actually question the validity of your absurd accusation.
I've also looked through your gallery; none of your artwork seems to resemble mine. As well as that, the style of my artwork is completely different to yours, so how could i have possibly copied such a piece when my art style is so different from yours? In addition, this piece uses the same style from the rest of my other artworks.
All of what I have stated above should be enough to prove my innocence.
If not, I have further evidence that prove me innocent of such a thing, such as the larger wips of my artwork and the psd files. As well as that, i have livestreamed during the time i had been working on this piece, and i have individuals who can back me up. But yet, where is your evidence to support your accusation?
Lastly, your last statement simply ruins your whole accusation. From what i'm reading it seems like youβre clearly trying to scare me into working for you and becoming your "court painter". I am innocent and trust me; i will never become such a thing for you.
By the way, in case you hadnβt been unaware, falsely accusing an individual for something they didn't commit is considered a crime. Itβs called false accusation. Even if you do not heed this response and choose to attempt to "sue me through oral" I have enough proof to prove you wrong and you may be charged instead for your invalid claim.
Now please stop with such nonsense, as I really do not want to get involved in things like this.
