I think even though you're not very much used to painting chibis on paper, I think you're doing a very VERY great job
I was at first thinking how you would do his suit/clothes, since his is/are mostly black. I think doing it more gray is the perfect thing, because the normal imaginable person that would see this would know immediately his clothes are black, so very good job on that! C:
And GOD! His eyes and hair look absolutely beautiful and great!
Pffft, and his background, oh the perfectness shines from him!
