Hi, I'm here from

Composition

You did very well in terms of composition in this one.
You respected the rule of thirds and found a balance between the active and passive elements.
Also you seem to have made almost no perspective errors (I can only spot one without looking extremely hard and that's Scar`s right leg.
You should be able to see an area of his shoulder, but as it is, there's nothing,
which makes it look like he's got an arm sticking out his head ).

Shading

The cell-shading is suiting and you chose your colors wisely.
They perfectly highlight the madness and "evilness" of Scar and give the scene a very dynamic feel (also partly due to the perspective).
Probably most impressing though is the fact, that you wen't for so much detail while using a mouse - and still made it through without becoming a drooling zombie ^^
Especially the details in his mane and face give him a lot of character and the contrast between that detail
and the lack thereof on the rest of his body gives the character a sense of depht, which makes him pop out.
The only thing I'd like to point out is, that it's (almost) never wise to use pure white for shading.
If you make it just a little bit darker (really just a little ) it will  look a lot more realistic and even.
(There's a biologic reason for that that I could explain, if anyone's interested, but for now, I'll leave it at that ^^).

Your turn

Thank you for this awesome critique!

Yeah, that leg does look weird now that you mentioned it! Heh

Drawing with a mouse was pretty time consuming, but I did it for about two years so it became a routine, probably the only reason I kept doing it. If I were to take the mouse now, I'd go insane. xD
As for whites, I used a very light grey, however tweaking the value levels in the end resulted in it going fully white, and back then I didn't really think about correcting it.

Haha It's the last thing I ever did using a mouse. It was painful, yet totally worth it!
