I didn't make official lineart for this design. I still have the pencil drawing posted, though, if you'd like to work with that --> [link]

I'm really having fun with this series - and unsurprisingly, the birds are getting more abstract as I go along.

LOL - I'm playing around with some of the ideas used in the Op Art movement of the 60s. They liked the whole color vibration thing quite a lot, too.

Just another beautiful picture! we live about 120 miles from Phoenix, so we often see various Phoenixes(Phoenii?)I like yours best Actually I have a theory that the Arizona Phoenix was just a turkey vulture that got too hot in the July sun and spontaneously combusted. And I don't know why they call them that- they taste nothing like turkey.Pour enough gravy on 'em though, the guests will never know the difference

LOL LOL... Or you need to know a lot about birds if you just happen to like drawing them all the time.

It's Mom's fault. She got a cockatiel, then parrots, then parakeets, then a cockatoo, then another parrot, then zebra finches... And I spent my youth absolutely fascinated by them.

I cover matting and shipping, as well as the highly-detailed artwork. Also keep in mind that it takes anywhere from ten to fifteen hours to pull one of these together, and that most of that money goes back into art supplies and chihropractor bills for my hand and shoulder.
