This is lineart for color-me-club 's latest contest. The themes are dancing or science-fiction, or, for an extra challenge, we could draw a picture with BOTH themes.

Yes, please; I'll take two!

My sister Michelle took me to see a ballet "sample platter" a couple of years ago, and one of the selections was Firebird. I absolutely loved it, and I've had that birdy lady dancing in my head ever since. I just had to work in a bit of that pas de deux between Ivan and Firebird for this picture!

Also, I have been wanting to do a heavily TRON-inspired picture for some time. So there's the science-fiction bit.
