Not nessessarily a bad thing since this is an 80's look. Β I'm just used to ...that...fabric choice that isn't so shiny

As says, the highlights aren't flash. I might have used a small fill-in flash to lighten her face (but her photographer hasn't). The highlights are from the vinyl, and the Sun being about her 4 o'clock.
