It's my Murkrow trainer again, now with her character expanded on a bit..

NAME: Lenore
OCCUPATION: Trainer
FROM: Ecruteak City, Johto

A strange, but upbeat girl who dresses like a Murkrow and wears an Amulet Coin for good luck; this combination seems to attract flocks of wild Murkrow to her and they often follow her when she travels at night. Her home is in Johto, but she won a one-way ticket to Verao in a Pokémon contest. Lenore adores Pokémon that are night owls like her, and has an affinity for Dark- and Ghost-types for this reason.

POKéMON:

Murkrow - The first day Lenore set out as a trainer, the Amulet Coin she was wearing gained the attention of a wild Murkrow. He followed her all the way to a PokéMart, where she bought one Dusk Ball and easily caught him (in broad daylight, no less.) He's her first and favorite Pokémon, and she considers him to be a huge source of "Super Luck."

Hoothoot - After Murkrow was captured, Lenore decided to buy only Dusk Balls from then on. When night fell and nocturnal Pokémon became active, she found a Hoothoot and captured him after a short battle. He's a rather spacey Pokémon, but well-behaved.

Misdreavus - Lenore was attacked by a Misdreavus one night, who kept trying to scare her without any success. She put up a very good fight but was eventually worn out by the combined efforts of both bird Pokémon, and was caught. Misdreavus is loyal, but doesn't like to play fair, and may have actually cheated to win the Pokémon contest (unbeknown to Lenore.)

Bossum - Unlike most other regions, Verao's Game Corner is set up like an arcade rather than a casino, and the most popular game is the Magnezone UFO catcher. This machine is full of random Pokéballs with prizes in them - they may be Pokémon, items, or even empty (in which case your prize was the ball itself.) Lenore didn't have a coin case but decided to play anyway with a coin she found on the floor, and managed to pick up a Dusk Ball from the machine which contained a male Bossum.
