That is really cool! A great concept, and different to anything I've seen before! I'd've thought it would be hard to put an immobile Poke'mon in a good pose, but obviously you managed. Interesting to think of the shell thinning as they near evolution...

Woah, I love the transparency on the coccoon, its really cool. I love how you can see Beedrill inside. I was never much a fan of Beedrill, but you made it look awesome.

of the two early cucoon pokemon, i always favoured metapod to kakuna.....but beedrill is WAY cooler than butterfree >83

This has to be one of the most beautiful, dignified Pokemon fanarts I've ever seen, and I really mean that. The subtle effect of the Beedrill within Kakuna's shell is so wonderful. Be proud of yourself. ^^

I guess that pretty much answers the question of what's going on inside the cocoon when it's about to evolve. This is pretty mcuh what happens inside an insect's cocoon when they're about to reach the adult stage. Nicely done.

I usually prefer Metapod. But Beedrill will always beat the butt off of Butterfree.
