Kakuna evolves in Level 10, not 9, or you said Level 9 because it's close to evolution.

When I first played Green, I had a Beedrill that I trained from Weedle. Come to think of it, if I had Wurmple, I'd rather want Dustox rather than Beautifly. I like it and Butterfree, but I like the moth and bee just a bit better

Don't underestimate how much I LOVE this drawing, the concept is awesome, I like how you've fit that 'giant drill-armed bee' into that Kakuna, it's really great. And your also an incredible drafter, Just attempting to visualise this image would be a hard, hard task. Well done, WELL DONE!!

I love this concept. Makes me want to see similar for the cocoons, particular Pupitar. I don't have that ability, I'm just a lowly sprite artist that can make images sorta like the originals, but whoa...awesome dude.
