Missingno.'s faceset for Mystery Dungeon. This mysterious PokΓ©mon's reality-altering aura may have something to do with why you've turned into a PokΓ©mon...I don't mind if these are used as avatars or whatever (they are conveniently MSN-Messenger-display-pic-sized) but you may NOT use them in fangames, i.e. as RPGMaker facesets.

Missingno's appearance is dependant on the name you chose. Certain names will cause Missingno to look like the ghost from Lavander Town or the Aerodactyl or Kabutops fossils in Pewter City. The glitched block of codes is by far the most likely appearance. Most people only see the other forms because they were actively searching for them. No person will ever see two different forms of Missingno in the same game without starting over.

Why didnt you do the number stack too? and missingo will appear as a scramble sprite of any other pokemon, too, right? why not try that?

I was thinking most of the really weird Missingno. forms could be represented by the ghost one (also the background on all of the "disguised" ones is actually part of the glitch block form enlarged.) While shielded I think it'd probably switch between garbled looks constantly, and without the shield it's just the flamingo form.

Yeah, it can show up as the Lavender ghost or the Kabutops/Aerodactyl fossils from Pewter Museum, the scrambled code is just the most common form of it. The appearance it takes in your game depends on the placement of certain letters in your name, so you may never see the other forms.
The flamingo is what I designed to be its "regular" appearance, what it's meant to look like when it isn't screwing with your brain to make you think you're seeing glitchblocks or ghosts or skeletons =3

Ah. That would fit, as Missingno is a Bird/Normal-type Pokemon, so it would look like a bird.

This is very odd, but creatively interesting since missigno to me is just numbers and code... like in the game. (which I never played)
