These are at least a few months old, dunno why I didn't upload them earlier.. anyway, this is how Missingno. appears in Turquoise/Jade. Yes, it's RGB-style.NO you may not use these sprites in your own projects!

Becouse in the original games where it showed up it says it a flying\normal type.It also always has the same move set which is water gun two times and sky attack.

Bird/Normal, actually -- not Flying. "Bird" was a glitch type that wasn't used for anything else in the game.

Random NPC: Hey, have you been to the beach lately? I heard that the scientists there have been experiencing difficulty with their computers. I wonder why?
Scientist NPC: How awful, all of the computers have been glitched to high heaven! This beach must be doing something to the equipment...
Fisherman NPC: Sometimes, when the weather is good and nobody is on the beach, I see a really big bird wading through the water.
Team Rocket Grunt: What do you want? Go away, I don't feel like fighting! Did I mess up the scientist's computers? No way! But That weird fuzzy cloud might have something to do with it...

Can't use them? That's just wonk! I was gonna show them to Kittycat1219 so they could be in the new hack game, but I won't do that against your will, so I'm going to search for a good Missingno. sprite elsewhere. But I really do like it!

You know, this just makes me think that the Missingno in Blue is this thing all scrambled up. I mean, just look at the colors of this sprite vs the colors of the block missingno!

Because it's a Bird-type (not Flying), lives near water, has a Water attack, and -ingno/-ingo sound similar.
