Description
Attempt at a realistic Altaria taking a morning flight over Route 114/115.Tried practicing stuff I'm crap at with this one, namely clouds and backgrounds. I can't tell if I did okay or not, I've been staring at it all day.. I know the cloudwings look pretty crap though.

Whoa, you actually gave it cloud wings. I thought it had cottony wings like swablu, but this is cool! Love the transluscency! Though I can't exactly imagine this thing flying. I love the fact that you've gave it a little bit of a menacing quality. It is a dragon pokemon, and it's somewhat like a goose. Geese are actually pretty fierce creatures... Like the ones at Burnaby Lake... Those guys patrolled the place like mafia members. *looks nervous*
I can't imagine this thing really flying though. Unless it uses dragon magic. That would cover it and dragonite. Anyway, I still like it, looks mystical.

The bird and the sky look amazing. The mountains look like you just wanted to get something done so you half-assed the rest, haha.
I think the clouds look really good. Maybe a bit thicker and they'd look like they were actually part of him. I personally thought the clouds were just really fluffy feathers. Not really clouds, per say.

That is awesome, I love how it's more realistic and yet it's true to its original Pokemon design... I like its dynamic pose and the way you chose to draw its wings, I never considered them being so thin and just covered in fluff/smoke/clouds...
