Apparently a genetic hybrid between Mew and Mewtwo, much of this PokΓ©mon's origin is a mystery. It seems to have been an attempt to create a more versatile, and less aggressive, fighter than Mewtwo. While its stats and general appearance are averaged between the two, it retains Mew's ability to learn any TM. Due to an unknown reason, possibly a genetic quirk, every move it uses is Normal-typed.Related content

Actually, it says the type is Psychic/Normal, so the Normal type would cover for the Psychic type. I know this, because I've tested this before. ^^

I mean, his strongest plus attacks (Psy/Nrm) would be quite ineffective.

Hmm...true; Normalize would prove to be a wimpy ability when the pokemon that has this ability faces a ghost type. But what if MEWNO didn't have Normalize, but had a different ability instead?
Like Scrappy, Super Luck, Levitate, Synchronize, or even Compoundeyes?

It'd be a challenge to use, though, don't you think? :/ Unable to exploit type-advantages... Normalize has got to be one of the worst abilities ever. (except for of course abilities like Truant and Slow Start. But it's pretty bad all the same.)
I like its design, although it looks like it tends more towards the Mewtwo side than the Mew. Nice colors. ^^ So... this is obviously a Legendary, is it not?

wow! this is remarkable, it has a the mewtwo look but has the mew cuteness, which u strangely managed to merge together in a fashionable and originable way, but i have to say, the feet bare a strange shape
