And here it is, as you might have expected...the tutorial for the rain effect like in this pic:[link]
Done in PSCS2, hope this works on the earlier versions, too~
Not the best rain 'tut around, but I'd be SO- happy if you can find this useful

I've been looking for something like this for awhile now. I'm a beginner in using photoshop and this was so easy to understand. I will be using this for a lineart I'm coloring that will have a rain effect

pretty much like the Creative Suites, just minus all of the fancy type tools.

If they have the brush scattering feature then that's all you need really.

You have to exploit a glitch in the program to get brush-flow options in Photoshop Elements...lol

PS Elements is the only one I could afford. I didn't have 500 some-odd bucks to by the Creative Suites, and they wouldn't let me get the student and teacher addition because I wasn't in college.
